When was the last time you gave yourself the space to stop, reflect and think about what you actually want?

Reset & Reconnect is an intimate guided journaling workshop designed for women who are ready to slow down, clear some of the mental clutter and reconnect with themselves.

Hosted by Morven from The Inspiration Series, this relaxed two-hour experience will take you through a series of thoughtfully guided journaling exercises around reflection, gratitude, letting go, intention and creating more of what you want in your life.

You don’t need to be someone who journals regularly. You don’t need to be a great writer. And you definitely don’t need to have everything figured out.

What we’ll explore

✨ Taking a moment to check in with where you are right now

✨ Reflecting on what’s working — and what may no longer be serving you

✨ Gratitude and noticing what’s already good

✨ Identifying what you’d like more (and less) of in your life

✨ Reconnecting with yourself, your values and your priorities

✨ Setting meaningful intentions for the weeks and months ahead

✨ Creating a few simple actions to take with you beyond the workshop

There will also be time to simply write, think and connect with other women in a warm and supportive environment.

Your 2-hour experience

Welcome + Settle In — 15 minutes
Arrive, get comfortable and meet the other women in the room.

Reflection — 25 minutes
Guided prompts to help you pause and take stock of where you are right now.

Release + Reset — 25 minutes
Explore what’s taking up unnecessary space in your life and what you’re ready to leave behind.

Reconnect — 25 minutes
Reconnect with what matters to you, what brings you joy and how you’d like life to feel.

Intentions + Next Steps — 20 minutes
Turn your reflections into a few simple intentions and practical actions.

Closing + Connection — 10 minutes
A gentle close and an opportunity to connect with the women around you.

Who is this for?

This workshop is for you if life has felt busy, noisy or a little too focused on everyone else.

Maybe you’re craving some clarity.

Maybe you’re entering a new chapter.

Maybe you simply want two hours where you don’t have to organise, fix or do anything for anyone else.

You don’t need a big reason to come.

Sometimes we just need the space to hear ourselves think again.

Come alone — you won’t be the only one.

One of the things I want to create through The Inspiration Series is a space where women feel completely comfortable arriving on their own.

You may walk in not knowing anyone and walk out having had a beautiful conversation with someone you would never otherwise have met.

Places are intentionally limited to 12 women.
