Through Breathwork, sound and energy activation, you will have the opportunity to harness the wisdom of your body and explore the profound connection between breath and consciousness. During this potent event, you will alchemise trapped and stored stress and trauma in the body. We will create a space where you can tap into the beliefs and patterns that are holding you back from being your authentic self. Through a process of gentle self enquiry you will start to create a shift in your reality by clearing blockages to create the future you desire by aligning your heart and mind.

The combination of these modalities offer a multi-sensory and transformative experience that allows your journey inward to be both liberating and safe. This event will serve as a gateway to your deep subconscious and your energy body, both of which are quite difficult to access in our western world without the use of psychedelics or dedicated meditation. Using firm, light or no touch, you will receive an activation of certain acupressure points and chakras which helps the flow of energy move throughout the system clearing out any blockages or stagnant energy. This creates more harmony and balance in the body leading to more flow and creativity.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION

Lie down on a mat while music plays.
You will be guided in to a breath sequence.
The facilitator may touch chakras or meridian points on your body or simply hover hands over you.
Internally, a range of phenomena may occur, such as spontaneous movements, emotional release, visual experiences, or feelings of bliss.
Participants often find it purifying, offering deep insights, realisations, and various forms of release physically, mentally, energetically, and emotionally.
The experience transcends words – it's best to witness the magic first hand!

PREPARATION TIPS

Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Opt for loose, comfortable clothing without metal zippers or snaps.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and eye mask (optional).
Eat lightly or avoid food before the session; if needed, a light snack like fruit is acceptable.
Highly recommend to avoid coffee, alcohol, or other substances 24 hours before the session if possible.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Energy Healing and Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices:

Pregnancy (at any stage)
Severe PTSD or trauma
Actively using recreational drugs
Taking any medication that alters brain chemistry like anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.
Prescription blood thinners or anti-clotting medications
Osteoporosis
Detached Retina
Glaucoma
Kidney disease
High Blood Pressure
Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack, or any other cardiovascular issues
Strokes or TIAs
Seizures, history of seizures or other brain/neurological condition or disease
Diagnosis of aneurysm (of any kind)
Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
Diabetes (any type)
Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
Epilepsy
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
Suicidal ideation
Severe psychosomatic disorders
Recent surgery, stitches or injury
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release

If you are on the contraindication list, you are not a candidate for the full breathwork technique, but we are happy to discuss modified, gentle breathwork and would recommend 1:1 sessions instead. Please do not continue to book a session if you have any of the contraindications listed above until you speak to the organiser.
