Integrating Ayurveda Aromatherapy

This webinar is designed to introduce body workers to the rich and ancient practice of Ayurveda, focusing on how it integrates with aromatherapy for holistic healing. Participants will explore core Ayurvedic principles, including the balance of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) and the role of doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—in personalised care.

Discover how aromatic botanicals enhance healing, manage energy through chakras and nadis, and align body, mind, and spirit for well-being. We’ll also explore the rare and unique flora pharmacy of Ayurvedic aromatherapy, highlighting plant-based remedies that can elevate your practice.

Practical tools such as grounding techniques and aromatic rituals will help practitioners apply Ayurvedic wisdom to improve both client outcomes and practitioner well-being.

By the end of this webinar, participants will have a foundational understanding of Ayurveda and its application in aromatherapy, equipped with practical tools to integrate these ancient healing practices into their modern bodywork practice.
