Recession-Proofing Your Business

As a health practitioner, we were never taught how to run a business … let alone create intimacy at scale.

This leads to practitioners becoming overworked, burnt-out, and living unpredictably month-by-month.

Health has never been discussed as much on a macro-level, and never been needed so much on a micro-level.

Despite this, health is declining year by year.

Now more than ever, health practitioners deserve a healthy business. A simple byproduct from impacting more people with life-changing results.

Unfortunately, current global conditions present a collection of economic concerns:

• The level of debt to GDP amasses throughout most countries world-wide, including Australia
• 40% of all US dollars in existence were printed over the last 24 months, thus saturating the accessibility of money and decreasing its value
• The Misery Index hit a 12-year high this year — this particular index determines how the average citizen is doing economically by adding the annual inflation rate to the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate.
• Lastly, CPI experts state that inflation is a minimum of 15% year-upon-year

All of this converges to the apex of a global recession.

Instead of health being a birthright, health is becoming a luxury with expenses increasing higher and higher.

People spend longer to make decisions to ensure their money goes further and yields the best return.

This means that health practitioners require positioning to captivate prospects and systems to leverage your capacity to guide, serve, and nurture even more patients to new found health.

Within this session, I will uncover behind-the-scenes techniques and industry secrets which have organically scaled businesses from 0 up to $100,000 months in as little as 18 months.

We will break down how to escape the limitations of geographical location and local affluence, whilst building your online footprint without losing your sanity or consuming all your spare time.

We will discuss the importance of lead retention over lead generation, with systems to nurture patients in taking inspired action.

Whilst also unpacking your new MVP hybridised model with leveraged delivery, a thriving culture, and a community that stays, pays and refers.
