Treat Sciatica

The sciatic nerve is the longest and largest nerve in the human body, running from the lower back through the back of the leg, and down to the toes.

Certain conditions in the lower back can irritate the sciatic nerve, causing pain to radiate along the nerve. These symptoms are called sciatica, or lumbar radiculopathy.

The complex anatomy of the sciatic nerve means that symptoms of sciatica vary depending on where this irritation occurs.

In this interactive webinar, we will cover the sciatic nerve anatomy, sciatic nerve branches, pelvis landmarks, muscles innervated by the sciatic nerve and motor functions of the sciatic nerve.

We also will cover some sciatica conditions, signs and symptoms, and orthopedics tests for sciatica.

This webinar will cover:

  • Sciatic nerve anatomy
  • Bony landmarks
  • Muscles innervated by the sciatic nerve
  • Motor functions of the sciatic nerve
  • Sciatica conditions and orthopedic tests.
