Session 1: Package offers for your clinic

Charlyn Ooi is a Dietitian turned Business Coach who specialises in helping Dietitians & Nutritionists build their profitable online practice. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 13 years of experience. Charlyn started her private practice in 2017 and has since transitioned her practice online. She has launched over 5 digital programs and built a multi-six figures online business using social media (Instagram).

Amassing over 70k followers on Instagram, Charlyn now mentors’ other health professionals to start, build and scale their dream online practice. She has coached over 100 practitioners to package their expertise online so they can work smarter, create a bigger impact and scale their business beyond hourly rates.

Session overview: In this session, you will learn how to create package offers and how this can benefit your revenue.

Traditionally, natural medicine practitioners offer 1-1 services where they charge per session. This can lead to missed opportunities where clients may not return, resulting in suboptimal outcomes, and ultimately impacting on our practice revenue. As the health and wellness space becomes more saturated, it is evident that practitioners need to start focusing their efforts on standing out and having a client retention strategy in place.

In this session, Charlyn will uncover the power of packaging your expertise and provide a roadmap for crafting your signature package so you can enhance client experience, improve retention, and create a bigger impact. Discover how this simple shift will allow you to grow your brand and scale your business for more profits.

So, should you start your own podcast? Is it too late? Is it something you want to do or have been told you should do? How and where do you start? And what even is a successful podcast?

In this session, Andrew will take you through the fundamentals of building your own podcast, from the ground up. Covering topics including branding, registering, securing your podcast, legalities, equipment, securing guests, marketing, and how to generate revenue from a podcast.
