Dust off your leg warmers and get ready to move!

Join us for a free 80s Matwork Pilates session at Centenary Park Community Centre.

Suitable for participants aged 18 years and over, this fun and welcoming class is the perfect opportunity to get active, improve your strength and mobility, and enjoy a nostalgic fitness experience.

Delivered by Kelly's Wellness, this matwork Pilates class welcomes participants of all experience levels.

Whether you're trying Pilates for the first time or looking to get back into regular movement, this session is for you!

Through low-impact exercises, you'll improve your core strength, flexibility, balance and posture in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

The hall will be transformed with a vibrant 80s theme, complete with a nostalgic 80s playlist to keep you moving throughout the class.

Feel free to embrace the retro spirit by wearing your favourite 80s-inspired activewear or accessories - dress-ups are completely optional but definitely encouraged!

After the class, stay and enjoy free refreshments while connecting with fellow participants.

Bring a water bottle, an exercise mat, your enthusiasm and your retro vibes for a fun evening of movement, music and community.
