Increasing the diversity of your volunteer workforce

Volunteerability’s online training session will provide volunteer managers with the knowledge, tools, and resources to recruit, support and engage volunteers living with disability.

The session will provide practical advice on common barriers and challenges faced regarding accessibility and inclusion. A great way to work towards outcomes in your Disability Access and Inclusion plans.

These sessions are suitable for anyone from South Australia who’s paid or volunteer role involves engaging volunteers (e.g recruitment, induction, support, recognition etc).

The session is free and funded by DSS, in partnership with Orana, Northern and Southern Volunteering.
