Event description

This workshop shares how The Workforce Capability Framework can support recruitment in the domestic and family violence, sexual violence and women’s health and wellbeing sector.

The Workforce Capability Framework was launched early in 2023.  Since then, many services have begun to use The Framework in lots of different ways.  In the background, WorkUP Queensland continued to work with the sector to develop a range of supporting resources and more are underway.

In this workshop, we will explore how The Workforce Capability Framework can support recruitment including introducing the Job Interview Question bank.

We will be joined by Louise Gorman who will share her experience and insights gained from many years of human resource experience with DVPC at the Gold Coast.

We would also love to hear from you!  Have you used the Workforce Capability framework for Recruitment?  Please come willing to share what’s worked to help others in the sector.
