CYDA’s Recruitment and Management of People with Disability training is for managers, executives, directors, people and culture, diversity equity and inclusion and human resources professionals.

Through this training you will:

Understand the challenges that people with disability face in the workplace

Know how to appropriately talk about disability with employees

Know how to discuss and navigate reasonable adjustments in the workplace

Understand your legal rights and entitlements as an employer

Gain resources and information to support changes to your policies, processes and built environments

Have strategies about to adapt your recruitment and hiring processes for accessibility

Have strategies about how to retain and support employees with disability
