Join us for an interactive workshop designed to provide you with the tools to build a 'best practice' recruitment and selection strategy for your For-Purpose organisation.

This workshop will explore ideas and share practical advice to make a positive impact on your recruitment strategy and hiring success.

Key outcomes:

How to best prepare to recruit and how to develop your recruitment brief
How to find the perfect match to suit the role and your organisation
Interview techniques and behavioural based questions
Tools and resources for determining the best hire
How to make the final selection decision

This event will be hosted by Rhonda Newman and Diana Linde.

Light morning tea will be served from 8:30am, with commencement from 9:00 am. Event ends 12:00pm.
