Unwanted clothing is piling high in our second-hand shops with most ending at the landfill. Come along and learn about the problem while making use of textile waste to create something new. The workshop will include some discussion re the issue of fabric waste and dumping of this which we’re seeing around Rotorua. Followed by learning to sew panels of waste fabric together to create a poof (a soft fabric floor cushion). Be the solution, not the pollution!
