Red Cross EmergencyRedi Workshop
Event description
Do you have an emergency plan?
Australian Red Cross EmergencyRedi workshops are FREE and help individuals and households prepare for emergencies.
This 1-hour workshop will provide you with an introduction to emergency preparedness, help you to start your own emergency RediPlan, and give you the information and tools to continue preparing yourself, and those you care about, for any emergency.
Led by trained Australian Red Cross Service staff and volunteers, through interactive discussions, activities, and real-life examples, you’ll learn practical ways to prepare for emergencies.
As part of NRMA Insurance Help Nation, this workshop will also help you learn about your local risks.
After the workshop, there'll be time for you to ask questions relevant to your own situation and learn from others' experiences in your community in a friendly, informal setting.
A light meal will be provided. Creche facilities available. Bookings essential.
