Red Tent Gathering - Women's Circle

Red Tent community gathering has been meeting for … 3 years including a big 2020 pause. It is the Sacred Psychology’s in person monthly gathering. Several women have been consistent regulars and an absolute loving welcome to new comers.

The aim is to sit in a dedicated space for women to experience the healed sisterhood: To move from the wounded separateness to a healed version of ourselves. Towards this, we bring awareness to our body, heart and mind. There's so much more to this teaching, but ... you'll have to join to hear the rest....

So, rather simply, we sit in circle. The archetypal shape of the feminine. Humans have gathered in circle far longer than not... We gather, enjoy tea (yes, it's an essential feature) ground with a simple ritual into presence. Experience a guided centering meditation. Relax into a facilitated conversation that is anchored in the wisdom of the cycles. That means that we learn about the impacts of the seasons, the hours of the day, the menstrual cycle, and perhaps mostly, we anchor by the lunar cycle. The lunar cycle unites bleeding (menstruating) and non bleeding women.

How this circle differs? We aim for depth that comes from confidence that we build slowly, over time.
