The Red Tent Workshop

The red tent is a place where women come together to find themselves no matter what age. I encourage you to enter this journey with me where it will be a safe place where you can come back to your true self.

We will have a warm cosy setting for you to explore the inner-self through a yogic practice that includes asanas (poses) breath, bandhas (energy locks), and a deep state of meditation; releasing blocks, and carrying you home to your heart.

I have been studying neo-tantra and traditional tantra for over 10 years, and have been teaching for 4 years. It is always my deepest passion to support women to find their true sensuality and self in this world. We live such chaotic lives these days where we don’t have the time or energy to really express ourselves in our lives and in our relationships.
