Do you ever feel ‘out of balance’? Do you find yourself thinking irrational thoughts, or feeling fearful? Wish you knew why?

Join KEASE International's resident Neuro-coach Dani McDonnell, in our upcoming webinar, as she explores the concept of ‘Mind Balance’. We’ve had great interest in this topic, particularly after our recent Leaders Lounge. Dani will discuss the causes of imbalance in our minds and explore why it happens. She will then share some brain-based tools which will help you to think more rationally and less fearfully – a great skill-set during the time of this health crisis.

Participants of this webinar will also gain access to MyLEAP – our mobile learning platform – which will contain ready to use activities to help you cultivate mind balance.
