Redefining Woman | 10-day FREE Challenge
Event description
I was nice to people who walked all over me,
I said yes to going to events I didn’t want to,
I entertained conversations that drained all the energy out of me.
All to be nice.
All to be liked.
It was exhausting because it wasn’t authentic.
I felt like I was being used...
But I realised that I was allowing it to happen because I was playing out a stereotype of what a woman ‘should’ be.
Stereotypes handed down through generations; socially and subliminally.
(Subliminally = marketing and repetitive language we don’t realise is influencing us has SUCH a big effect)
First I got angry.
Then I worked through what contributed to this outdated definition of ‘woman’ for me.
Things like:
- Putting yourself last (but...others need me)
- Feeling selfish and guilty for saying no (even if that person wouldn’t do it for you)
- Questioning if you said the ‘right thing’ (trying to be perfect)
- Trying to change your body to look more appealing or fit in
These habits left me in work that wasn’t fulfilling,
with friendships that weren’t an equal energy exchange
and with an eating disorder to cope with how out of alignment I was.
It was clear I needed to redefine what being a woman meant to me.
When I did, it opened up so much more enthusiasm for life (not to mention so much more energy!).
👉🏼 So I created this FREE 10-day challenge redefiningwoman.live
I decided to make it my mission to bring the knowledge and practices that set me free to other truth-seeking women.
Redefining Woman will guide you through choosing your truths so you can operate from a place of enthusiasm rather than exhaustion (playing out draining, outdated stereotypes).
All of this + also included are:
- Live sessions and Q&A
- Action taking rituals
- Workbooks and writing practices
The challenge starts 13th September + you can sign up at redefiningwoman.live
