Redesigning Organisations in the Age of AI – Public webinar

AI is driving major change — not just in SaaS products and markets, but in the organisations behind them. For SaaS leaders, the challenge now is understanding what this shift means for roles, operating models, decision-making, and how teams actually get work done.

In this public webinar, David Clearwater (KiwiSaaS) and organisational design expert Ken Brophy will share key content and takeaways from KiwiSaaS’s recent member workshop. This session will explore how SaaS companies can think more intentionally about organisation design in the age of AI and where leaders can start making practical changes.

While much of the AI conversation focuses on risk, we’re exploring the opportunity: how better organisation design can help SaaS businesses accelerate value creation, improve focus and support growth.

What we’ll cover

Where AI is having the biggest impact on organisation design, roles, and operating models
Practical frameworks for thinking through opportunities and risks
What emerged from the June large member workshop discussion
How SaaS leaders can approach change intentionally, rather than reactively
Practical actions to take back into your business

Who is this for?

This webinar is for SaaS founders, CEOs, COOs, people leaders, functional leaders and others in the Aotearoa SaaS community who are thinking about how AI will reshape the way their organisations operate.
