awarded to the vendors who go ALL OUT with their:

A special panel of judges will walk through the festival and judge stalls on Saturday morning during trading.

Successful vendors will receive:

Alright Strawberry Squad… here’s the juicy info you NEED before rolling into the berry madness 😎🔥

🍓 BUMP IN TIMES 🍓

❤️ Friday:
🕛 12PM – 5PM

❤️ Saturday Morning:
🕕 6AM – 8:30AM

Please arrive ready to unload, decorate your strawberry patch and transform REDFEST into a giant sea of red chaos 🍓🔥

🎪 TRADING HOURS 🎪

❤️ Saturday:
🕘 9AM – 9PM

🎆 FIREWORKS:
🕢 Approx 7:30PM – 8PM

❤️ Sunday:
🕘 9AM – 5PM

🍓 SATURDAY NIGHT PACK DOWN INFO 🍓

Vendors MAY leave their strawberry patches fully setup overnight on Saturday evening 🍓

However please note:

⚠️ REDFEST accepts NO responsibility or liability for stalls, stock, equipment or setups left overnight.
⚠️ All setups remain entirely at the vendor’s own risk and discretion.

Security will be onsite, however vendors are solely responsible for their own berry kingdom 😎🔥

🚗 SATURDAY NIGHT VEHICLE ACCESS 🚗

You MAY pack down Saturday after 7PM if you choose.

HOWEVER:

❌ No vehicles will be permitted onto the main festival area until:
🎆 Fireworks have concluded
👨‍👩‍👧 Patrons have safely cleared the grounds

Please be patient while we keep everyone safe ❤️

🍓 SUNDAY MORNING BUMP IN 🍓

🕡 Sunday access:
6:30AM – 8:30AM

You may drive into the site to unload ONLY.

🚨 PLEASE NOTE:

Vehicles must be removed to designated parking areas immediately after unloading so the festival grounds stay safe, clear and strawberry fabulous 🍓

Please note:

🍓 All vendor bookings are for BOTH DAYS ONLY.
🍓 There are NO single-day trading options available.
