COASTAL CULTURAL WALK with Zac ‘Waalitj’ Webb
Join Wadandi–Pibulmun Cultural Custodian, Zac Webb, for a guided coastal walk at Redgate Beach, Wadandi Boodja (Saltwater Country).
As the rains ease and Kambarang (Season of Birth) brings warmth and colour to Boodja (Country), nala djenna-yen Gulyarra (we will walk together) towards Calgardup Brook, a significant heritage site rich in story and history.
Wongi-Nhi Kaartadjin, listen as Zac shares his knowledge and connection to Country, deepening our understanding of Boodja, culture, and place.
Event Details
When: Sunday 9th November 2025 | 10am – 12pm (approximately 2 hours)
Where (Winja): Redgate Beach Carpark – Google Maps
Cost: $30 per person

Accessibility / Fitness Level:
Mostly flat, though the walk may include sand and some granite boulders. Suitable for all ages and family-friendly, with plenty of stopping, yarning, and observing. This is a gentle, mostly flat coastal walk suitable for most fitness levels.
What to bring:
- Reusable water bottle 
- Closed-toe shoes 
- Weather-appropriate clothing (hat, sunscreen, raincoat, long-sleeved shirt)
