Redlands Jobs Connect – Automotive gives local job seekers and apprenticeship candidates the opportunity to meet automotive employers face to face, learn about their businesses and discuss current and upcoming recruitment opportunities.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Candidates will receive a short welcome and preparation briefing (online) to help you prepare and make the most of this opportunity to meet employers with automotive recruitment opportunities.

You will then have opportunities to:

Introduce yourself to local automotive employers
Learn about their businesses and employment needs
Ask questions about automotive careers and apprenticeships
Discuss your skills, experience and career goals
Explore apprenticeship, employment and work-experience opportunities
Build connections that may lead to immediate or future interviews, work trials, employment or apprenticeships.

Please:

Bring printed copies of your résumé or profile (we will provide a profile template for you to make it easy)
Dress neatly and be ready to meet employers
Prepare a brief introduction about yourself
Be ready to discuss your skills, experience and career goals
Think of questions you would like to ask employers.

Information about an optional online candidate-preparation session will be provided to registered attendees before the event.
