Yes, THIS SUNDAY >> Downs Rugby will host the Qld Reds SuperW Team for a Trial Match here in Toowoomba!!!

Our U12 – U17s Girls will have the opportunity to be part of a skills & drills session with the Reds Coaching team prior to the game & join the team for a BBQ after.

To be part of the training session please be there by 11am to register here

Be part of the excitement.. from 11am THIS Sunday 5 March @ Toowoomba Sports Ground

Downs Rugby is a not-for-profit organisation responsible for coordinating and managing Rugby Union across the Darling Downs. Covering approximately 172,000km2 (yes, you read that correctly!) & eight (8) Local Government Areas our region is quite unique.

We are a region with a 59 year history, steeped in rugby success and marked by the fact that we have grown to include a network of 19 clubs, based in Toowoomba, Warwick, Goondiwindi, Chinchilla, Condamine, St George, Roma, Dalby, Kingaroy, Highfields, Lockyer Valley & Gatton.

Downs Rugby includes Senior Men’s & Women’s, Teenage Boys & Girls & Junior Rugby administering seven (7) competitions plus offering Queensland Country Rugby Union & Queensland Rugby representative pathways in both XVs & 7s format of the game.

We collaborate with both clubs and schools in our region to offer as many opportunities as possible, for the young and older, to be part of a sport that also provides both health and community benefits.
