Red Tent Circle, Dreams & Wholeness
Description
Magic happens when women come together.
The Red Tent is a space for authenticity and connection. A space where we drop the mask, speak from the heart, and gather with other women who are also seeking meaning and real connection.
Did you know that everybody dreams every night? Dreams have made major contributions to healing, spirituality, psychology, science, and all the creative arts.
This month, I’m delighted to welcome Lyn Preston as our guest speaker. Lyn specialises in Gestalt Therapy. Lyn frequently incorporates dream interpretation as a powerful tool for uncovering present-moment insights and fostering personal growth. You can learn more about her philosophy and practice at lynpreston.com.
While we can’t guarantee that everybody’s dream will be interpreted, understanding the language of dreams benefits us all.
We will hold ceremony to heal our relationship to the divine mother Earth and the female lineage to return to the wholeness of the divine feminine.
The circle is slow, simple, and non-hierarchical, honouring the participants. Through guided heart-centred awareness, reflective prompts, and shared breath, attendees are invited to reconnect with themselves, with those around them, and with the natural world, leaving with a felt sense of love, ease, and connection.
Please bring a healthy snack to share and an open heart, a willingness to share or simply receive.
Who comes to Red Tent?
Women from all age groups, backgrounds, beliefs and countries. Women ready for a shift, tired of the status quo, or seeking a deeper connection to themselves and others.
Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate, so book early to secure your spot.
Venue: Rothesay Bay Community Hall, Cnr Rothesay Bay Road & Beulah Ave, Rothesay Bay, Auckland 0630
I am Fiona Tate, founder and facilitator of Red Tent East Coast Bays.
I made Aotearoa New Zealand my home many years ago. I am originally from the UK. I am a mother, business owner, trained life coach, and I have always been drawn to the holistic, spiritual, and community aspects of life.
I hold these circles because I believe women need spaces where they can feel heard, accepted, and supported.
Being in circle with women offers replenishment for the heart, the soul, and the spirit.
You are welcome to connect with me.
Red Tent East Coast Bays is part of Red Tent Aotearoa, a growing network of women’s circles across the country.
Membership is available for women who wish to feel more connected to this wider sisterhood and enjoy benefits such as reduced ticket prices at circles and access to Red Tent gatherings around Aotearoa.
