Dunn has opened for the folk icon, Judy Collins as well as Richard Shindell, Vance Gilbert, the Kennedys, and many others. He was an artist on Southside Sunday Night Volume 1 alongside John Gorka. In 2018 he was a finalist in Kerrville Grassy Hill's prestigious Songwriter competition and the Great American Song Contest.
