Learn about the vital conservation efforts led by Brush Turkey Enterprises as they restore koala habitat and ensure a brighter future for these furry neighbours.

PRESENTERS:

Sunshine Coast Council Team - Featuring Kate Hofmeister and Clancy Hall: Gain insights into local conservation initiatives and governmental support for koala preservation.

UniSC Researchers Riana Gardiner and Marcus Cornell - Explore cutting-edge research on koala conservation, including the Koala-detection Dogs.

Spencer Shaw: Learn about the conservation work undertaken by Brush Turkey Enterprises to restore koala habitat on Howell's Knob.

Registration: at 9.00 am with Welcome to Country by Jinibara Elder, Aunty Zeitha Jalamala, at 9.30 am. 

Venue: Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve - theatrette space.
