When Carrie and Celia met, they realised they shared a passion for empowering women in leadership roles.

Both highly experienced coaches, they bring their rich and diverse professional and personal experience to develop a program that focuses on developing the skills, behaviours and mindsets required to thrive in an organisational setting.

Celia Swales

Celia has a passion for ‘healthy leadership’ and change processes that sustain people over time Her work as a coach focuses on partnering with people to explore how they can create greater impact in their work lives. She strongly believes that working intentionally to bring passions and strengths to our work frees us to become better leaders, form stronger teams and be more effective.

Through working in senior organisational development leadership and people roles in the construction, building and mining and community sectors, Celia has developed her coaching practice, enabling leaders, teams and organisations to improve team performance, enhance the quality of conversations and increase the contribution of individuals to team outcomes.

In addition to over 20 years of experience in this area Celia also has achieved qualifications in psychology and post graduate qualifications in psychology and business management.

Carrie Benedet

With over 25 years’ experience, Carrie’s focus is on building and empowering leaders with strong emotional intelligence and relational leadership skills to develop and sustain a culture of respect and engagement in workplace relationships, within teams and across organisations.

Carrie’s practice creates space for growth mindsets – both personal and professional. She works with aspiring and experienced leaders alongside their teams to explore and enable stronger and more resilient working relationships.  Carrie strongly believes that inclusive and supportive teams are more effective in both the long and short terms.

Alongside her deep professional experience across education, government and business, Carrie holds qualifications in education, leadership, change management, emotional intelligence and coaching.

With her unique blend of personal and business acumen, Carrie connects across cultures and challenges current attitudes and behaviour of stakeholders to develop future leaders and teams.
