Reflect & Reconnect 2025 is a live two-hour online workshop blending art therapy, mindfulness and shared reflection.
You’ll close the year with calm clarity, creative expression and renewed connection to yourself and others.
What You’ll Experience
Creative reflection: Guided art-based activities to explore your last 12 months.
Mindfulness practice: Allow your nervous system to ground and return to presence.
Community connection: Space for optional sharing within a supportive group.
Intention setting: Translate your reflections into clear intentions for 2026.
Replay access: A full recording will be sent if you can’t attend live.

You will need to bring along some paper and basic art materials of your choice (e.g. pens, markers, coloured pencils, crayons, pastels, watercolours, paint).
Take one evening to pause, reflect and reconnect so you enter 2026 centred, clear and feeling renewed.
The workshop is beginner-friendly and a great way to try out therapeutic artmaking if you've been curious about it. No artistic skill is required.

About the Facilitator:
Julia Neubauer is a registered Arts and Somatic Therapist based in Melbourne. She creates warm, inclusive spaces where creative expression meets emotional support. Her workshops draw on art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help people reconnect with themselves and each other in ways that are gentle, playful, and deeply human.
