Join us at Chai Shai for a Sunday reset. Take part in guided journaling, creative arts, mindful meditation while sipping some chai. This event is part of our series of events during October Mental Health Month. We want to ensure South Asian and multicultural community have culturally responsive events they can take part that support their wellbeing and enable us to connect with each other.

Ticket includes access to activities, 1 cup of chai and samosas/ pakoras to share with guests.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their journals but we will have paper and pens for you to write with for the journaling prompts.

Street parking is available or you can take the 12 or 109 Tram to Fitzroy.
