We will create a space that allows you to calm your nervous system so you can respond rather than react, re-energize and reconnect with your core. Allowing you to make decisions from a better place and become more productive whilst feeling internal peace. Helping you manage the weight of being an entrepreneur or small business owner with a higher tolerance level for stress, becoming present through different stages of life and creating long lasting connections.

The last 15 minutes of the session we will connect with other business owners in the group, share and network in a relaxed setting with some tea and coffee.

About Your Facilitator:

Tanya lives in North Brisbane and is a Holistic Business Wellness Consultant. She is qualified in holistic counselling and creative arts therapy, she has been using different forms of art for over 2 years as therapy and as a way to deepening her knowledge with her inner-self, overcoming stress, anxiety and PTSD. She is an enthusiastic, charismatic young lady who understands the stresses of life and business. Her goal is to support entrepreneurs and small business owners to prevent burn out, empower clients through personal/ business transformation, assist in creating a balanced and fulfilled lifestyle.
