REFLECT, RELEASE, REJOICE - AN END OF YEAR REVIEW WORKSHOP

Rose from Vessel Wellbeing invites you to join in community for an end of year review workshop, alongside singing bowls and gentle meditations guided by Sierra from The Grounded Circle.

If you’re a solopreneur/ thinker/ introvert/ freelancer/ creative you’ll no doubt have spent much of 2023 creating vision boards, filling diaries and journals with notes to self, developing a range of personal or professional plans and scribbling lists of values, intentions, guides and goals for the year ahead, that were only ever witnessed by yourself then tucked away in a drawer.

This workshop offers you an opportunity to come together at Manzana’s beautiful co-working space in central Auckland to:

Review these love letters and maps of guidance that you used to navigate your way through the year
Reflect on your successes, challenges and key learnings through a mini workbook session
Release anything that you’d like to let go of
Rejoice in all that you achieved during 2023 by sharing what feels good for you in a safe and supportive space with likeminded community

Your attendance includes:
