Put your mental wellness first this Mental Health Awareness Month

In acknowledgement of October's Mental Health Month, Xeople are providing the opportunity for healthcare and emergency services workers to access a free tailored mental fitness session through their partnership with Healthcare Heartbeat.

This ‘Reflect, Reset, & Renew’ mental fitness session is a 2 hour online group coaching experience tailored for healthcare and emergency services workers. Practices explored are designed to be used in the moment (such as in PPE or BA in the middle of a shift!) and aim to better recognise signs of stress and ideally put strategies in place to prevent this from progressing to burnout.

During this session:

- PAUSE and check in with how you are feeling
- Learn how to begin your shift feeling ‘renewed’ instead of 'depleted'
- Prevent burnout and embrace opportunities to thrive
- Increase your capacity to focus in the moment
- Identify how you can positively influence outcomes and better manage stress
- Establish a self-care starter plan to assist with forming more helpful habits
- Connect with others to share insights and maintain focus.

This Reflect, Reset, & Renew session is facilitated by Katheryn Curnow, who has over 15 years’ experience working as an Organisational Development Consultant and is certified in the Health Industry Leadership Capability Assessment. She is also a Level 2 iRest teacher which delivers Meditation and Deep Relaxation Techniques to Overcome Trauma/PTSD.
