Reflecting on Death & Grief

As Maya Angelou said "The winter solstice is a reminder that even in the darkest moments, there is always light to be found in the warmth of human connection."

Join with us for a day of reflection and connection this Winter Solstice.

We'll be screening a trilogy of films from the When You Die Project in Canada (60 mins each), interspersed with an art therapy workshop led by Leonie Reisberg and a Grief in Motion session using music and movement to help move grief through our bodies so it can be processed and integrated, rather than becoming stuck and stagnant.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
