In this session, we will introduce eye movement exercise to release undesirable emotions and feelings. Participants will have some quiet time to reflect and write down emotions or feelings that they would like to let go, then we will practice the eye movement technique to release emotions. Participants are encouraged to share and learn from the collective wisdom.
