A new small-group workshop series from Reframe Sessions exploring the themes that affect injured athletes and active humans. First up: Uncertainty - especially the kind that shows up during injury and change. A practical, reflective, notebooks-out, cameras on session for anyone curious to reflect, connect, and level up.

Who It’s For

Anyone navigating an injury of any kind, length, or duration.
Runners and active humans wanting to strengthen their mental skills
People who learn best through reflection, guided questions, and a little bit of group conversation
Anyone curious about exploring their relationship with not-knowing in a supportive space

What You’ll Gain

A clearer understanding of how uncertainty shows up in your body and thinking
Practical tools from narrative therapy, sports psychology, and even the marines!
Space to reflect on the stories you tell yourself when outcomes feel unclear
A sense of connection with others who “get it”
New ways of meeting uncertainty with steadiness rather than spiralling
