No experience? No problem! This class is designed specifically for beginners—easy to follow, gentle on the body, and focused on helping you feel better. 

Watch. Listen. Move. 

You'll simply watch the movements, listen to the guidance, and follow along at your own pace. No pressure, no complicated steps—just gentle, flowing movements to help you recharge and refresh

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a simple yet powerful practice that combines gentle movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness to improve energy and well-being. Think of it as a moving meditation that helps you relax, improve circulation, and bring balance to your body and mind.

 

What You’ll Do in Class: 

Qigong

Gentle movements – flowing exercises to release tension and improve circulation. 

Deep breathing – calm your nervous system and boost your energy. 

Relaxation & focus – quiet your mind and release stress. 

How You’ll Feel Afterward: 

Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more refreshed—like pressing a reset button for your body and mind. 

There’s no right or wrong way to do Qigong—just come as you are, move at your own pace, and enjoy this time to recharge.

Do I need experience or be in shape to do Qigong? 

No experience is needed! Qigong is gentle and adaptable for all fitness levels. You can move at your own pace and modify movements as needed. 

What if I have trouble standing for long periods? 

No problem! Qigong is gentle, and you’re welcome to adjust movements or take short breaks as needed. Soft knees, weight shifts, and slow pacing help ensure comfort throughout the practice. 

Do I need any special equipment? 

No, just wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. You can wear flat-soled shoes or go barefoot. Yoga mats are provided if needed. 

How long is the class? 

Each session lasts 60 minutes, which includes a warm-up, 45 minutes of Qigong practice, and a short relaxation at the end. 

What if I’m not flexible? 

No problem! Qigong isn’t about flexibility—it’s about relaxing into natural movements. You don’t have to push your body; just move comfortably at your own pace. 

Are the classes the same each week? 

The core Qigong process remains the same for consistency, but each class introduces new forms and techniques, combining them in fresh and exciting ways to keep things engaging. 

Will classes be available on different days and times? 

Yes, in the future! If you’re interested in a different day and time, please connect with me on Facebook and send me a message with your preference. Once enough people request the same day, I will consider adding a new session.
