Refresh & Reconnect: Yoga & Mindfulness course
Event description
Join us for a six-week Course to learn about the history, philosophy and introduction to yoga. We will cover how to balance, breathe effectively and build on poses to create a simple flow.
This will be an inviting space for people who would like an introduction to mindfulness and yoga at a relaxed pace, with each session building on the previous one.
Facilitated by experienced instructor and yogi Bhav Patel, explore slow and gentle techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and restore balance. Watch your overall wellbeing and mental health improve, whilst connecting with fellow beginners.
BYO yoga mat is encouraged however some will be available at each session. Bring a water bottle, notepad and pen.
Session dates and time: 6:30 - 7:30pm on 10, 17, 24, 31 October & 7, 14 November.
