Refresh & Recycle Weekend 2026: Yo-Tee by Slogue

As part of Council's commitment to supporting a circular economy, we're thrilled to have you join us for the upcoming free Yo-Tee by Slogue.

This event will be held on the Saturday 14th of November as part of our Refresh and Recycle Weekend!

This is a fantastic opportunity to Repair, Reinvent and Reimagine

Join this free drop-in experience and learn practical clothing repair and visible mending skills while exploring creative ways to extend the life of your garments. Using reclaimed textiles and embellishments, participants can repair, personalise or completely reinvent their clothing.

This event is open to all residents

Important:

● Please secure your spot by choosing a time slot and arrive 2 minutes before your allocated slot. Slots are 15 minutes of uninterrupted time with the staff. You are welcome to stay however long till you have completed your t-shirt but the staff will have to assist other participants as well.
● Bring along a garment you'd like to work on or try your hand at transforming one of Slogue's rescued T-shirts.

● Walk-ins are allowed but please know that the participants who secured a spot through the booking will get served first.
