Course Details:
Date: Monday, 8 September 2025
Time: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Education Centre Classroom, Hamilton Base Hospital
(Enter via the Kitchener Street entrance. Walk straight ahead, then turn left down the second corridor towards to the Maternity Clinic. The classroom is located on your right, opposite the Maternity Clinic. If arriving via the main entrance, please check in at reception for directions.)

Who Can Attend?
This face-to-face refresher course is available to individuals who completed the full Youth Mental Health First Aid course within the past three years and currently hold valid accreditation.

Successful completion of the refresher course and accompanying assessment will extend accreditation for an additional three years. Please note: after six years from your original course completion, a full Youth MHFA course must be completed again to maintain accreditation.

Requirements:

• Proof of current Youth MHFA accreditation (including date of completion) must be provided to the instructor.

• Please bring a notepad and pen.

Cost: $30 - includes:

• All course materials, and

• Lunch.
