Kick off Refugee Week with us and make someone's first job possible.

We'll be screening our First Things First film for the first time! At the same event, Ugandan, Sydney-based soul and R&B singer-songwriter, @agum___ will be performing, alongside DJ's @mskatemonroe and Originals Only. It'll be an afternoon of community connection and celebration. Every ticket supports something that really matters.

This event raises funds for First Things First, our flagship annual fundraiser held during Refugee Week. The campaign powers The Social Outfit's training programs that support women from refugee and new migrant backgrounds into first jobs, training and employment pathways.

These women arrive with talent, drive, and ambition but face real, systemic barriers to work. We create opportunities that recognise their skills, build financial independence and open doors to careers across fashion and retail.

Everyone remembers their first job. Help make hers possible.

Come for the music. Stay for the community. Leave knowing you made a difference.
