Happier in Five events are run by the author and founder Denzel Byrne. These events aim to create community and spark personal change towards living a happier life. All of the events are designed to encourage participation in a safe and supportive environment.

About Denzel

Born and raised in Canberra, Denzel went to a bilingual French school and completed his Year 12 Certificate, knowing he did not want to go to university. After school, he went straight into the workforce and had a stint working in Japan. When he returned to Australia, Denzel got into a relationship that changed his life and started his journey of self-development and spirituality. Five years into his journey, he moved to Melbourne and completed the Happier in Five guide, which was the foundation for the book.
