Regaining Your Happiness Workshop
Event description
The Regaining Your Happiness workshop, hosted by Happier in Five author Denzel Byrne, will help you discover what barriers are holding you back from living a happier life. This collaborative 50-minute workshop also allows you to further understand the five principles discussed in the Happier in Five book and teaches you how to put them into practice; however, you don’t need to have read the book to attend. This is a group session (up to 15 participants), so you can expect deep self-reflection while collaborating and sharing with like-minded people in a fun and supportive environment!
