An Winter afternoon of Nurturing Your Internal Ecosystem

Join Marjolein from Yoga Roots and Sauna Collective for an intimate gathering in Orewa - a curated experience designed to restore, renew and replenish your internal ecosystem.

Regenerative Work is focused on thriving, rather than just sustaining, aiming to restore and renew.

Together we’ll move through an afternoon of grounding practices and time to simply soften into presence and connection.

The experience continues with a visit to the beachfront wood-fired sauna of Sauna Collective just a few minutes up the road, to awaken and invigorate the senses.



We start the afternoon at 1.00pm

at the beautiful riverside

Yummy Yoga studio in Orewa

with:

• Transformational Yoga - incl exploring breath, sound & mantra

• Sanctum Ceremonial Cacao

• Hydrating Afternoon Tea

Followed at 3.45pm by a visit a few minutes up the road to Sauna Collective for 75min of beach front sauna rounds, and optional cold-plunge or ocean dips.

• Aufguss inspired Herbal Sauna Experience - guided sauna rounds infused with different essential oils, as this is poured with water onto the sauna rocks.

• Curated cup of the Sauna Collective mineralising herbal tea.

Inspired by the idea that regeneration begins when we create space for things to bloom where there once was no room, this afternoon invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be held within community and nature.
