    Event description

Regen Studios and WWF-Australia are delighted to invite you to the regional launch of Regenerating Australia, a new short documentary film by award-winning filmmaker Damon Gameau (2040, That Sugar Film).

Featuring Kerry O’Brien, Sandra Sully, Tim Flannery, Larissa Behrendt, David Pocock and other well-known voices, the film is based on a four-month ‘listening campaign’ with a diverse group of Australians who shared their hopes and dreams for the country’s future.

It is a new story for our nation: a story of empowerment. A story of solutions. A story of regeneration.

This premiere event screening features a Q&A with director Damon Gameau and a panel of special guest speakers. It will be a chance to connect with others face to face, share ideas and feel some much needed hope and inspiration as we discuss the steps we could take together to regenerate Australia over the next eight years.

    Innovate to Regenerate:

In conjunction with the film’s release, WWF-Australia is launching an ‘Innovate to Regenerate’ challenge, providing $2 million in seed funding to help local communities, innovators and experts to ‘bring the film to life’.

Bring you family and friends, and your ideas!
