A dance workshop for everyone and any-BODY! This is a beginner friendly space.

Reggaeton is a fiery style of dance that is strongly grounded in Latin American/Caribbean and Hip Hop music. This style of dance focuses on lower body isolations, upper body pops and rolls. This style of captivating dance will leave you feeling expressive, powerful and like you can take on anything. With this style of dance originating in Puerto Rico in the late 1990’s it’s sure to have you hooked in it’s expressive nature.

This workshop will run for 90 minutes, starting with a dynamic warmup progressing into the choreography. We finish this workshop dancing in groups to celebrate and watch each other dance and cheer each other on. We end with a cool down to stretch the body and relax after the intensity of the session.
