Build a practical registration renewal action plan for your organisation

The workshop will guide you through the registration renewal process, explain the requirements for your registration categories and help you build a clear Registration Renewal Roadmap for your organisation.

Eligibility criteria

To get the most from this workshop, your organisation must:

be registered only in Categories 1–3
nominate staff who can attend the full workshop and lead the registration renewal process for their organisation.

What you’ll cover

The workshop will step you through:

the renewal application process, timelines, fees and the REN-001 base form
what commitment, capability and capacity should look like in a response, using the relevant category forms from REN-005 to REN-007
how to build a practical registration renewal readiness action plan for your organisation.

Why it matters

Aged care providers must renew their registration at least every 3 years. For many providers, this will be a new process with new requirements to understand and prepare for.

This workshop will help you identify what your organisation needs to do, organise the work ahead and develop an action plan you can start using straight away.

Who should attend

This workshop is for staff who will lead or support registration renewal at aged care providers registered only in Categories 1–3.

The nominated participants should be able to attend the full workshop and lead the registration renewal process within their organisation.
