REGULATE & MEDIATATE - A BLUE LOTUS CEREMONY

Experience the magic of the Blue Lotus Flower served as a ceremonial tea and oil paired with gentle yoga, meditation and yogic breathwork.

Together we will journey through 2 hours of practices to nourish the nervous system.

✨ We will begin with a Blue Lotus ceremony, setting intentions for the evening and blessing our tea.

✨ This will lead us into a meditation and pranayama practices (yogic breathing) with the intention to calm and relax the nervous system.

✨ We then partake in a gentle yoga flow to stretch, open the body and shift energy.

✨ To close you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation to seal in all the peace you have created.

💫 Please bring a blanket, a pillow and any props you would like. You may also bring a crystal or a special item to place next to your mat if you wish for your added comfort and connection.

💫 The blue lotus flower (Nymphea caerulea) is an Egyptian water lily containing apomorphine and nuciferine. It stimulates dopamine receptors creating a sense of elation, increased euphoric feelings, anti anxiety and deep spiritual connection.
