Step out of the noise of daily life and into a guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Regulate & Release is a 60-minute immersive breathwork journey combining intentional breathing, music, grounding, and guided integration to support emotional release, relaxation, clarity, and inner reset.

These sessions are designed to be accessible for both beginners and experienced breathers alike — no prior experience needed.

Through a carefully guided Breathflow, you’ll be taken through:
• grounding and nervous system regulation
• guided conscious connected breathing
• emotional and energetic release
• deep rest and integration

This is not a workshop or lecture-style class.
It is an experience.

Come as you are — stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, curious, or simply needing space to breathe.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Water bottle
• Blanket/pillow/thick socks (Winter) for comfort
• Journal for integration (optional)

Please avoid a heavy meal beforehand and arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle into the space. I invite you to make your way in and quietly find your space, ready for a relaxing and grounding experience.
