Regulate & Rise is back, but this time we’re calling it exactly what it is, "The Overstimulated Mums Club."

75 minutes to step away from everyone needing something from you and just having a bit of time for you!

We’ll do some meditation, a few really simple grounding and breathing practices, some guided reflection to go a bit deeper and build our self-awareness muscle and a chance to chat with and meet some other mums!

I want these mornings to feel relaxed. Come in your comfiest comfies and arrive as you are! You probably won't leave with your whole life figured out but you will hopefully leave feeling lighter and more connected to you.

What to bring:

A mat or something comfy to sit and lie on
A journal and pen, we will use these for the reflection part
Water or liquid of your choice
An eye mask if you have one for meditation (optional / nice to have)
Swimmers if you are brave enough for a dip afterwards. Completely optional.

The vibe is: get out of the house, do something for you, fill your own up so you are ready to pour, meet other mumma's doing their thing, go a little deep, have a yarn, drink a coffee and maybe be brave and catch a wave!

Hello, I am Leanne, mum of 2, Irish expat, founder of The Mindful Mum Coach and fellow member of the Overstimulated Mums Club. 😅

For years I have supported women through coaching, workshops and group programs, helping mums get out of survival mode, navigate stress, mental load and the beautiful chaos of motherhood. My approach is honest, down to earth and focused on real life, not perfection.

I created Rise & Regulate because I know how easy it is for us to end up all the way down at the bottom of the list (if we even make the list that is!!!) It's a chance to slow down, build awareness of what's going on under the surface and make changes that feel good in real life.
