REGULATE & MEDIATATE - A BLUE LOTUS CEREMONY
Join me for 2 hrs of nourishment for your Nervous System, Body, Mind and Spirit! Together we will journey with the Blue Lotus Water Lily served as a ceremonial tea and let it enhance a Slow Flow Yoga Class, meditation and pranayama practices (yogic breathwork).
💓 Blue Lotus is known for it's relaxing properties, stimulating a sense of euphoria and known to open the third eye. When we partake in spiritual practices such as yoga and meditation with blue lotus in our system, it can enhance our experience. Tuning us deeper within to our body and spirit!
✨ We will begin with a Blue Lotus ceremony, setting intentions for the practice and blessing our tea.
✨ This will lead us into a meditation with the intention to calm the nervous system and connect to our body.
✨ We then practice a slow yoga flow to stretch and move the body, create some heat and move energy. (All levels suitable)
✨ You will be guided through a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation to seal in all the peace you have created. Upon awaking we will close with pranayama (yogic breathing patterns).
- Held from my home Yoga Shala based in the foothills of Perth- Forrestfield 6058. The address will be sent 48 hours prior to the event.
💫 Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, a pillow and any props you would like. You may also bring a crystal or a special item to place next to your mat if you wish for your added comfort and connection.
💫 The blue lotus flower (Nymphea caerulea) is an Egyptian water lily containing apomorphine and nuciferine. It stimulates dopamine receptors creating a sense of elation, increased euphoric feelings, anti anxiety and deep spiritual connection.
