What to Expect:
- Guided somatic practices to help each partner find safety in their own body
- The signature “Whose Eggshells Are These?” exercise—now adapted for virtual couples
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work to explore relationship protectors
- A supervised, live virtual medicine session on Saturday, hosted by our trained clinical and therapeutic team
- Medicine and clinical supervision are provided for eligible participants in approved locations
- Integration sessions to help reframe past patterns and co-author new relational truths
- A sacred closing ritual to release outdated coping strategies and affirm your new connection
- Optional group sharing, private partner sessions, and expert support throughout the weekend
This retreat is suitable for couples of all genders, orientations, and relationship stages. All sessions are led by licensed clinicians trained in trauma-informed psychedelic therapy. Confidentiality, emotional safety, and consent are upheld in every space.
